Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms before making a booking with EAH Studios. By submitting a booking request, accepting a quote, or making a payment, you agree to these terms, our privacy practices and our payment policy.

Your Rights & Transparency

We aim to be clear about bookings, payments, cancellations, customer responsibilities, privacy, data use, Stripe payments and media permissions.

Booking Policy

1. Booking Requests

Submitting a booking form or enquiry does not automatically confirm your booking. A booking is only confirmed when EAH Studios approves the request and any required deposit or confirmation step has been completed.

2. Quotes, Prices & Availability

Prices may vary depending on event type, package selected, event date, location, duration, travel distance, setup requirements and any extra services requested. Quotes are subject to availability and may expire if not accepted within the timeframe stated.

3. Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your date. Any remaining balance must be paid according to the payment terms confirmed by EAH Studios. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation or delay of service.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Deposits may be non-refundable where costs, preparation time, admin work, or date reservation has already been committed.

5. Venue Access, Space & Power

The customer is responsible for ensuring the venue provides suitable access, parking, setup space, safe working conditions and access to power where required. If the venue prevents or delays setup, EAH Studios is not responsible for reduced service time.

6. Outdoor Events

Outdoor setups require safe weather conditions, level ground, suitable shelter and access to power if needed. EAH Studios may refuse or pause outdoor operation if conditions are unsafe for guests, staff or equipment.

7. Customer & Guest Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for guest behaviour around equipment. Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, unsafe behaviour, drink spills, interference with equipment, or failure to follow instructions may be chargeable.

8. Equipment Safety

Guests must not move, dismantle, interfere with or misuse EAH Studios equipment. We reserve the right to stop service if equipment, staff or guests are placed at risk.

9. Service Time

Service time starts and ends according to the agreed booking details. Delays caused by venue access, customer changes, guests, power issues or event schedule changes may reduce operating time unless otherwise agreed.

10. Force Majeure

EAH Studios is not responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, accidents, illness, power failure, venue restrictions, road closures, emergency situations or technical issues beyond our control.

Stripe Payments & Card Data

11. Online Card Payments

Online card payments for EAH Studios are processed securely by Stripe. When you choose to pay by card, you are redirected to Stripe Checkout or a Stripe-powered payment page. EAH Studios does not collect, process, view or store your full card number, CVC or full card payment details on our own website or server.

12. Stripe as Payment Processor

Stripe acts as a third-party payment processor. Stripe may collect and process payment details, billing information, device information and transaction data needed to complete the payment, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and provide payment services. Your use of Stripe payments may also be subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.

13. What EAH Studios Receives From Stripe

After a successful payment, EAH Studios may receive payment confirmation information such as the amount paid, currency, payment status, receipt/reference IDs, booking reference, customer email, transaction metadata and limited card information such as card brand or last four digits where provided by Stripe. We use this to update your booking, issue receipts, update invoices and maintain payment records.

14. Failed, Cancelled or Delayed Payments

If a payment is cancelled, fails, is disputed, refunded or delayed by Stripe, your booking may remain unpaid until the payment is confirmed. EAH Studios is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, Stripe, authentication checks, insufficient funds, incorrect card details or third-party payment systems.

15. Payment Security

We take reasonable steps to keep payment links and booking records secure. Customers must not share private payment links publicly. If you believe a payment link has been misused, contact EAH Studios immediately.

Media, Photos & Videos

16. Event Media

Photo and video content may be created during your event as part of the booth service. Guests are responsible for how they pose, interact with the booth and share their own content.

17. Promotional Use

EAH Studios may use selected event photos, videos or setup images for portfolio, website, gallery and social media promotion unless you request otherwise in writing before or after your event.

18. Opt-Out of Media Use

If you do not want your event photos/videos used for promotion, email us or message us in writing. We will respect your request and avoid using identifiable event media for future promotional purposes.

19. Guest Consent

The customer should inform guests that a photo/video booth is being used at the event. Guests who choose to use the booth understand that photos/videos may be created as part of the event experience.

20. Copyright & Ownership

EAH Studios retains copyright in booth templates, branding, layouts, website content, promotional images, design materials and business media created by us. Customers receive permission to use their event media for personal use unless otherwise agreed.

Privacy & GDPR Notice

21. Data Controller

EAH Studios is the data controller for personal information submitted through this website, booking forms, email, WhatsApp, phone calls and social media enquiries, except where a third-party service such as Stripe processes payment data under its own role and terms.

22. Personal Data We May Collect

We may collect your name, phone number, email address, event date, event location, event type, package interest, booking notes, payment status and communication history. We may also collect event media where photo/video booth services are used.

23. Why We Use Your Data

We use your information to respond to enquiries, manage bookings, confirm availability, provide quotes, deliver services, process payment records, send booking updates, maintain records, protect our business, and improve customer service.

24. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data where it is necessary for booking enquiries, contract preparation, service delivery, legitimate business interests, legal obligations, customer communication and, where applicable, consent.

25. How Long We Keep Data

We keep booking and communication records only for as long as reasonably necessary for business, tax, legal, insurance, dispute resolution and customer service purposes. Event media may be kept for portfolio or archive purposes unless removal is requested.

26. Sharing Data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information where necessary with trusted service providers such as Stripe, email providers, hosting providers, cloud storage, accounting support, or where required by law.

27. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. No online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

28. Your GDPR Rights

Under GDPR, you may have rights to access your personal data, request correction, request deletion, restrict processing, object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Some rights may not apply in every situation.

29. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can contact us first. You also have the right to contact the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.

Cookies & Website Use

30. Cookies

This website may use essential cookies or similar technologies needed for security, website operation, forms, analytics or performance. If optional analytics or marketing cookies are added in future, visitors should be given appropriate information and choices.

31. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Linktree, Stripe, payment providers or other third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites.

32. Website Content

We aim to keep website information accurate, but packages, prices, availability, service areas and offers may change. The latest agreed quote or booking confirmation takes priority over general website information.

33. Limitation of Liability

EAH Studios will not be liable for indirect loss, loss of enjoyment, loss of profit, venue issues, guest misuse, third-party failures, payment-provider failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

34. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page is the current version.
